The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the excellent buffet. We were also very pleasantly surprised to realize that the hotel is located in the older area of Belluno and yet still very close to the bus/train station. The view from the balcony was great too!

Convenient location, decent breakfast. Small bathroom, but expected for the price. Helpful staff, assisted with parking. Allowed me to take breakfast to hospital. Receptionist provided useful info on nearby hiking trails. Large, air-conditioned room. Breakfast served early for early departure. Clean accommodations. Easy walk from train station and car park. Delicious meals at nearby restaurant.

Hotel situato in Posizione tranquilla ma centralissima, in un bell´ edificio ottocentesco che seppur rinnovato fortunatamente conserva l´aspetto originario. Colazione di ottima qualitá (cosa rara a trovarsi), personale molto cordiale

Liked that the hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering solutions for our parking problem and even allowing us to take food from breakfast to someone we were visiting. The cozy room and decent breakfast were also appreciated, especially for a one-night stay. good value for the price we paid.
Disliked the parking situation. The hotel staff didn't respond to our inquiry about where to park and we ended up getting our car towed and slapped with a hefty fine.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The location was great, right in the middle of the city with easy parking nearby on the night we were there. The rooms were really quite nice, with a big comfy bed and lots of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although there was no fruit available, they had freshly baked croissants and pancakes, a good coffee machine, and also cheese and ham.
All was ok.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the heart of town. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to the main square and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was small but cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, from the excellent coffee provided to the lovely bath tub. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which included a mouthwatering chocolate cake. All this at a great price, making it an excellent value for money!
All was spot on.
